PARTNER EXPERIENCE & CURRICULUM LEADER

I help school partners turn ambitious curriculum into confident classroom practice.

I bring together more than two decades of curriculum design, K–12 district experience, customer success, team coaching, commercial leadership, and AI-assisted learning to build partnerships rooted in clarity, trust, and measurable progress.

A partner journey built for confidence

Great curriculum succeeds when implementation feels human.

District teams need more than a handoff. They need a partner who understands educators, translates complexity, notices risk early, and keeps everyone moving toward stronger classroom outcomes.

1

Launch with clarity

Align goals, roles, timelines, and expectations so every partner begins with confidence.

2

Build capability

Deliver practical onboarding, training, and coaching that educators can use immediately.

3

Stay close

Listen actively, track partner health, surface risks, and respond before friction becomes failure.

4

Grow together

Turn field feedback into better support, stronger products, renewals, and lasting advocacy.

Selected evidence

Leadership shaped in classrooms, call centers, and creator businesses.

My career has repeatedly placed me where people, products, performance, and relationships meet.

Customer Success Leadership

Promoted twice at AT&T@Home

After ranking #1 in sales for several consecutive months among 90 representatives, I advanced from Sales & Customer Success Representative to Team Lead and then Supervisor. I coached and supported a 24-person team, strengthening sales performance, product knowledge, and customer relationships.

K–12 District Fluency

Experience across three New York districts

I have served students and educators in the Rochester City, Williamson Central, and Newark Central school districts. That experience, together with graduate preparation in special, bilingual, and Spanish education, grounds my work in the realities educators and district leaders face.

Curriculum + AI

Learning design that adapts to the learner

I have built curriculum from scratch since 2002. During the last 18 months in China, I have integrated AI into daily curriculum planning, lesson design, assessments, presentations, and feedback—using technology to make learning more relevant, responsive, and useful.

Commercial Partnerships

Relationships that convert—and endure

As founder of HallyuBack International, I negotiated 20+ sponsorships, led a media platform producing 2,500+ videos and 110M+ views, and personally managed 300+ original artwork sales from inquiry through delivery. Every result began with listening, credibility, and trust.

“Partner experience is not a department at the end of a sale. It is the discipline of helping people succeed—again and again—until trust becomes momentum.”

How I lead

High care. Clear standards. Useful data.

I create the conditions for teams to do excellent work: a shared purpose, disciplined priorities, direct coaching, visible partner signals, and the freedom to solve problems with judgment and empathy.

Why InquirED

Curriculum deserves an implementation partner as thoughtful as the product.

I am drawn to InquirED because your work lives at the exact intersection that has defined my career: curriculum, educators, relationships, and real-world implementation.

Programs such as Inquiry Journeys, Inkwell, and Great First Eight can only realize their promise when district partners feel understood, well prepared, and genuinely supported. I would be excited to lead a Partner Experience team that makes every handoff, onboarding, training, and support interaction feel coherent, human, and useful.

I would also bring the field closer to the organization—turning partner feedback and health signals into smarter priorities, stronger products, earlier risk response, and relationships that grow over time. That is the kind of leadership challenge I have been preparing for across my entire career.
